Edgar County Board Study Session 2-9-2015 –

The Edgar County Board held a study session at the Highway Department on February 9, 2015. Video of the meeting is below.

Public comment starts around 30 seconds in the video where Rob Bogue talks to the board about his findings from the most recent public records he received from a FOIA request. The public records show that the airport has not insisted on compliance with its own policy on proof of insurance for airplanes at the airport.

At around the 25:00 mark Karl Farnham talks about 911 and the ISO issue. One thing to note, is he says the ISO people have never come to Edgar County. That is not correct and Kirk Allen provided the proof at the County Board meeting on the 11th.
