CLARK CO. (ECWd) –
During the July 23, 2014 budget meeting of the Clark County Park District, there was a surprising new method used to to come up with a balanced budget for the upcoming year.
It’s called “figure out how much you want to spend, then say that’s what the income will be” and it will come true, kind of like the movie line “If you build it, they will come“.
Actual quote from Park Commissioner: “After not having enough money, we went back and added money [on paper]… to get the income to look a little better, to get it to have a break even budget.”
I noticed there was no way to account for this “added income” other than just saying it is so.
This leaves me wondering how they expect to operate next year, clearly knowing this is not a truthful representation of a budget.

Posted at 20:48h, 06 DecemberI think that’s really close to Official Misconduct – when, in his official capacity, he commits any of the following acts: (720 ILCS 5 / 33-3)
(a) Intentionally or recklessly fails to perform any mandatory duty as required by law (Fails to account for spending or cause those under him to account for spending of the public body for which he bears responsibility) ; or
(b) Knowingly performs an act which he knows he is forbidden by law to perform (falsify budget)
Who knows what other Admin Rules / laws that conduct might violate ?
Any concurrence or dissension?

The American people should be compiling a list, call it the Crimes Against the American People List (CAAPL)?? A list of known pol, crat, functionaries (funcs) and bankster criminals in their sphere of influence.
Oath violating and treasonous gun and badge thugs, corrupt pols and crats, thieving banksters, etc. should be placed on it. Their names, crimes, and positions should be, at a minimum, kept for future reference for accountability, trial and punishment…?
When the DC US finally collapses, these lists can then be used to root out the known criminals that will think that they can hide among their victims–no “Truth and Reconciliation” and no quarter, only “Trial and Retribution.”
