Update: People v. Bev Church - Quo Warranto Continues -

ON November 17, 2014

MARSHALL, IL. (ECWd) -

The quo warranto case of  "People of the State of Illinois  vs.  Beverly Church", challenging her right to serve as Alderman of the City of Marshall was heard in Court today.

Motion to Dismiss the Motion to Add Warren LeFever as Additional Plaintiff denied.

Motion to Add Warren LeFever as Additional Plaintiff granted.

So, now there are two Plaintiffs with standing in the quo warranto case filed against Marshall Alderman Bev Church, and alleging that she is not eligible to hold office because she does no reside within the City of Marshall and within the Ward she represents.

Defendant given 14 days to file responsive motion.
