EDGAR CO. (ECWd) –
The Edgar County Airport Advisory Board met in open session on May 7, 2013. After listening to the Audio of that meeting, I heard a board member ask MS. Bennett what she was going to talk about at the county board meeting since she was on the agenda. Her short answer, where she lied to him during a meeting:
Jeff: “I have a question. Does. I noticed you were on the agenda tomorrow. Is that have to do with this, the contract, and, and the company that we currently have out there.”
Adonna’s answer: “It just has to do with, with the airport advisory board. I have some things I want to get out.”
Jeff: “Ok, Thank you.”
Please don’t take our word for it – watch the video from the county board meeting the next day and see if that matches what she told the very board she illegally sits on. Wow, I bet they appreciate all that respect they were given.
The question I have is “Why Lie?” Is it because she KNEW the airport board would tell her that she was not to talk as a board member, representing them, if she talked about RSB and the other things she talked about?
