Kansas School District defending lawsuit –

By Kirk Allen & John Kraft

On June 11, 2012

EDGAR CO. –

A Kansas resident, Brenda Arbogast – formally known as Brenda Graves, has filed a lawsuit against the Kansas School District and its Board Members for negligence and willful and wanton misconduct over injuries she claimed she suffered during a visit to the school.

She claims that on May 20th of 2011 she suffered injuries after  falling over a large wooden box that was 4″ tall.  Yes, 4 inches is what the court records claim. I wonder what a small wooden box would be if 4″ is a large one?

Our sources have confirmed she acknowledged she had no intention of suing the school over the incident last year, however; since then she has married a local lawyer who just recently got his law license back, Alan Arbogast.  The filing took place just days shy of the maximum allowable time frame to file, which was 365 days

There are two counts filed against the school of which they are seeking in excess of $50,000.00 on each count, PLUS court costs.

What is odd is the fact that in the lawyers own affidavit he states that the total money damages sought  in this case does not exceed $50,000.00.  How is it that in both of his filed counts he seeks in excess of $50,000.00, which would total $100,000.00 if his affidavit claims his total does not exceed $50,000.00?

It also turns out that this woman is the Grandmother of Cameron Minor, one of the Kansas 6 who was recently arrested for multiple felony charges and the attorney in the school case is the same one defending his now step-grandson.

CORRECTION

It also turns out that this woman is the Grandmother of Cameron Minor, one of the Kansas 6 who was recently arrested for multiple felony charges and the attorney in the school case is family relation to the attorney defending Cameron Minor, his now step-grandson.

The entire filing against the school can be downloaded here.

After reading the article again, I see this woman is related to Cameron, Gauge, and ??? The one who just flunked 8th grade…..again. Wow. Why after a year does she just now decide to take this action. Why was Mr. Argobrite’s licence to practice law suspended?? Maybe because he is a scum bag ambulance chacer?? Perhaps. I do not know all the facts, so I am just speculating. It looks like this family has a “bone” to pick with the school, and it does not have anything to do with this woman falling over a small box. It would appear that this is being done to punish the school because these boys have turned out to be…well how should I put this…less than desirable. It it apparant that these boys do not have a stable home and have been dumped on the school to raise. It is not the schools fault that these boys have not turned out to be productive members of society. Why dont you all just move away and rid this town of the trash that puts a stench in the nostrels of its citizens. We see that the oldest, Cameron is a substance abuser and a bully. The other 2 are following right in his footsteps. Grow up Mr.and Mr. Argobrite, get a life, and perhaps consider moving to the sunny beaches of Florida, oh…and take the boys with you.

Are you stinking serious?? Excuse me?? Really?? How badly was this woman hurt? Can she not look where she is going? Does no fault lie with her? Can she not walk and look at the same time?? What was she doing at the school anyway, does she have children that go there. Does she not want her children to have friends anymore? Does she want her children to be avoided like the plauge? Good Grief!!!
