Refuse Ordinance Update - Resignation

ON February 10, 2012

A member of the Revolving Loan Fund Board tendered his resignation as a direct result of the anti-business policy put forth in the "alleged by us" illegal (we will state our case in a few days) refuse ordinance limiting the number of licensed haulers in the city:

    I submitted a letter to the editor on this subject 2/6 but it hasn’t been printed yet. I am going in to the Beacon on 2/13 and find out why if it isn’t in Saturdays paper.

    I dont think they will post it as the powers to be in this county still think they can control the people. Those days are over!
