Rantoul, Ill. (ECWd) –
The Village of Rantoul Electoral Board will meet at village hall on January 13, 2025, at 6:00 p.m.
According to the agenda, the Electoral Board will adopt the rules of procedure, hear public comment, and then hear the objection to the referendum petitions to eliminate electing village trustees by district.
Hopefully the board will read and understand the Champaign County Circuit Court’s ruling on the same matter two years ago.
