Shelby Co., Ill. (ECWd) –
Shelby County Board Member Teresa Boehm’s next pre-trial is scheduled for November 18, 2024, at 10:00 a.m. via Zoom in Shelby County Circuit Court, with a Motion Hearing scheduled for December 16th at 1:00 p.m.
According to the docket, defendant Boehm was given an additional 14 days to file any pre-trial motions which will be heard on December 16th. Defendant was also granted permission to leave the state of Illinois to visit family in Florida.
Boehm was indicted in January 2024 by a Shelby County Grand Jury for violation of the Public Officer Prohibited Activities Act and Unlawful Participation for holding statutorily conflicting public offices.
