Dolton, Ill. (ECWd) –
During a meeting today, Dolton Mayor Tiffany Henyard and the federally felony indicted and terminated (by Village Board) Assistant Chief Lewis Lacey threatened Dolton Police Officers with insubordination if they do not recognize Lacey as their Chief of Police.
Lacey is just a couple of hours shy of his arraignment on by a federal grand jury on felony bankruptcy fraud charges.

The nerve of Lacey to mention Freeman’s termination letter. As much as Freeman is complicit in this mess, Henyard issued that notice against proper procedure. Lacey’s termination is proper and procedural.
The phony college graduate and rent-a-cop can go play make-believe elsewhere. Dolton is bankrupt because of them. People are suffering and those residents are tired of their foolishness.

Just my opinion…but I sense a strong potential for criminal charges of INTIMIDATION (IL 720 ILCS 5/12-6 (a) (6) – and – OFFICIAL MISCONDUCT ( IL 720 ILCS 5/33-3 (a) (2) + (3) and possibly (b) arising from the Mayor’s and the soon to be gone Assistant Chief of Police communications to officers. Time will tell.
