    Necessary is NOT a constitutional argument. Reading a bill five times then amending the entire wording in the bill subverts the purpose of reading the bill 3 times in each house before voting on it.

    Somebody please tell Lori Hess that we have the right to BEAR arms.! (Baring arms was something they were trying to get you to do so you could get your covid vax.)
