Pecatonica Police Chief Charged With DUI After 2-Vehicle Collision –

Pecatonica, IL. (ECWd) –

According to the Court Docket and WIFR-Rockford, newly appointed Pecatonica Police Chief Mike Mund was charged with DUI after a vehicle crash at around 6:30 p.m. Sunday, October 16, 2022 in Rockford, Illinois.

Mund was arrested, charged, and taken to the Winnebago County Jail.

    Lets see the body cam and in car video! Let’s see many times he asked, “Do you know who I am?”

    He’s a cop first time offender, $500.00 fine 18 month probation court supervision, Then it will go away.

    Ring him up!

    It never ceases to amaze me but at the same time, I’ve come to expect it. This happens way too often…from people who know better.

    Glad the investigating officer did his/her job.

    I think he should get triple the penalty ( because he took a oath ) besides he has probably arrested people for the same offense!!!!!!
