Allows public defenders in a county with more than 3,000,000 inhabitants to provide legal representation for noncitizens in immigration cases.
Funny the county of more than 3 million “Cook County”will not hold criminal aliens for the feds but now will be required to use taxpayer funded public defenders to represent said criminal aliens in court in immigration cases. Another good reason to make everything south of I 80 a separate state!
