Update on the Conan McArthur case:
An initial hearing was held this morning, with Judge Garst presiding:
- Defendant present in custody.
- Charge, penalties and rights explained.
- Upon stipulation Mr McGrath appointed Public Defender.
- By agreement continued to August 16, 2020, at 1:30 p.m. for Preliminary Hearing – Defendant ordered to appear.
- Bond set at $25,000 (10%) previously by Judge Garst.
