Call to Action – Hinsdale Township High School District

DuPage Co. (ECWd) –

We received an anonymous tip containing the document below that outlines very specific criminal allegations regarding the Hinsdale Township High School.

The call to action is to multiple entities.

• DuPage County States Attorney Bob Berlin
• Dr. Darlene Ruscitti of the Regional Office of Education ‐ DuPage County.
• Municipal Retirement fund (IMRF) ATT: Lau’is Kos’iba, Executive Director ATTN: Kathy 0’arien, General Counsel

We have contacted these agencies and have not been able to secure a confirmation that they did in fact receive what appears to be a well prepared criminal compliant or notification of criminal activity.

Until we have confirmation from one of these offices that they received it from someone other than us, we will not disclose the names and titles of those named in the documents as having possibly violated the law.  Once we get confirmation from any of those agencies or our own independent validation of the claims we will release a un-redacted copy.
