College of DuPage (ECWd) –
The College of DuPage is holding a meeting on August 20, 2015, starting at 5:00 p.m.
It is anticipated that a lengthy two-hour executive session will happen at the beginning of the meeting.
Agenda item number 11 is an action item to start termination procedures against President Breuder, currently on Administrative Leave.
Other Agenda items include asking the State’s Attorney to pursue enforcement of the Attorney General’s Opinion [ref: contract], vote to retain new legal counsel, and other items.

Vote on Initiating Termination Proceedings Against President
The College of DuPage Board of Trustees will consider initiating termination proceedings against its president-on-leave, according to its agenda for its Thursday, August 20, regular meeting, which was posted this afternoon on the College’s website.
“COD’s president has been on administrative leave pending the result of our investigations. The investigations have resulted in this proposed action for Board consideration,” said College of DuPage Board of Trustees Chairman Katharine Hamilton.

Posted at 20:43h, 18 AugustIt’s beyond processing to accept why an employee doing criminal acts which harm his employer sidelined in a golden parachute vs. an employee doing criminal acts which harm his employer. The big difference is always who the employer is. If it is the taxpayer, steal, steal and steal some more. If it is some big corporation or the local dry cleaner, it’s the immediate chopping block, figuratively speaking
