Edgar County Board Chairman Ben Jenness recognized Mrs. Rebecca Clark for her service to Edgar County by presenting her a plaque.

She has been an outstanding employee for more than 32 years in the Edgar County Clerk and Recorder’s Office and has announced her retirement.
