Will County Board Member Charged With Three Counts Of Computer Tampering –

Will County, Ill. (ECWd) –

Jackie Traynere, Will County Board Member, was charged with three Class B Misdemeanor counts of computer tampering by the Illinois State’s Attorney Appellate Prosecutor’s Office (“ILSAAP”).

COUNT 1:

“on or about March 6, 2024, …in that said defendant, knowingly and without authorization of Judy H. Ogalla, accessed the email of Judy H. Ogalla, contrary to the Statute, and against the peace and dignity of the same…”

COUNT 2:

“on or about March 6, 2024, …in that said defendant, acted in excess of the authority granted to her, in that she knowingly and without authorization of Judy H. Ogalla, accessed the email of Judy H. Ogalla, contrary to the Statute, and against the peace and dignity of the same…”

COUNT 3:

“on or about March 6, 2024, …in that said defendant, acted in excess of the authority granted to her, in that she knowingly and without authorization of Judy H. Ogalla, accessed the email of Judy H. Ogalla, and forwarded emails from Judy H. Ogalla’s account to herself and others, contrary to the Statute, and against the peace and dignity of the same…”

All three counts are Class B Misdemeanors – “Computer Tampering”
