Judge: Clerk was “terribly misguided,” acted arbitrarily and abused her discretion –

Pecatonica Township, Ill. (ECWd) –

This morning a Winnebago County Judge ordered all candidates for elected offices in Pecatonica Township to be placed on the ballot.

Within the order, the judge stated the township clerk was “terribly misguided,” acted arbitrarily and abused her discretion.
