According to the docket on Judici, during today’s court appearance, Teresa Boehm’s felony criminal case continues, with a pre-trial appearance scheduled for October 2, 2024, at 9:30 a.m. in Courtroom A. She was also granted permission to leave the state of Illinois.

Boehm was indicted in January 2024 by a Shelby County Grand Jury for violation of the Public Officer Prohibited Activities Act and Unlawful Participation by holding statutorily conflicting public offices.
