Shelby Co., Ill. (ECWd) –
Shelby County Board Member Teresa Boehm’s pre-trial is scheduled for next Wednesday, October 2, 2024, at 9:3- a.m. in Shelby County Circuit Court.
Boehm was indicted in January 2024 by a Shelby County Grand Jury for violation of the Public Officer Prohibited Activities Act and Unlawful Participation for holding statutorily conflicting public offices.
