“Mugshot” Teresa Boehm’s Felony Pre-trial Set For Next Week –

Shelby Co., Ill. (ECWd) –

Shelby County Board Member Teresa Boehm’s felony pre-trial is set for August 21, 2024, at 10:00 in Shelby County Courthouse, Courtroom A.

Boehm was indicted in January 2024 by a Shelby County Grand Jury for violation of the Public Officer Prohibited Activities Act and Unlawful Participation by holding statutorily conflicting public offices.
