Indianola, Ill. (ECWd) –
During the August 14, 2024, meeting of the Village of Indianola Board of Trustees, the resignations of Mayor Gooch and of the Treasurer were read to the public.
This would total six resignations in the past couple of months.
The remaining Trustees appointed a person to one of the vacant trustee positions, and it appears there will be a special meeting to appoint a treasurer and possibly a Mayor and Trustee if there are any interested individuals.
