United States (ECWd) –
In a unanimous ruling from the United States Supreme Court, the States have no power to disqualify those holding or attempting to hold federal offices, especially the Presidency.
“This case raises the question of whether the States, in addition to Congress, may also enforce Section 3. We conclude that States may disqualify persons holding or attempting to hold state office. But States have no power under the Constitution to enforce Section 3 with respect to federal offices, especially the Presidency.” (PER CURIAM)
“For present purposes, our differences are far less important than our unanimity: All nine Justices agree on the outcome of this case. That is the message Americans should take home.” JUSTICE BARRETT

Posted at 10:37h, 05 MarchOh the arrogance, oh the ignorance of this Crook County, err, I mean Cook County judge,” who just year ago sat on her bench collecting traffic fines from speeding drivers. This persons hubris is only surpassed by her ignorance. Prior to her judicial appointment the lady swore to uphold The Constitution, as such and based on her attempt to interfere with an American presidential election, we can rightly assume that this judge either did not read or understand the meaning of that hollowed document that our Founding Fathers bestowed on us,

Posted at 11:48h, 04 MarchThe Judicial Inquiry Board should investigate the cook county judge who tried to keep Trump off the Illinois ballot. The Board is convened permanently, with authority to conduct investigations, receive or initiate complaints concerning a Judge or Associate Judge, and file complaints with the Courts Commission. The Board shall not file a complaint unless five members believe that a reasonable basis exists (1) to charge the Judge or Associate Judge with willful misconduct in office, persistent failure to perform his duties, or other conduct that is prejudicial to the administration of justice or that brings the judicial office into disrepute.
The judicial tyrant in Cook county who tired to disenfranchise Trump Voters needs to go before the commission and explain her action. Maybe she needs removed from the bench for her lawless opinion
