Former Illinois State Senator Sam McCann plead guilty to Counts 1 through 9 in the indictment, the court accepted the pleas and consent to forfeiture.

The Court adjudged McCann Guilty on all 9 counts.

A Detention Hearing is scheduled for today at 10:00 a.m.

McCann remanded to the custody of the U.S. Marshals.

Defendant present with attorney of record Jason Vincent. Defendant sworn and questioned by the Court. The Court finds Defendant competent.
