Shelby Co., Ill. (ECWd) –
The Shelby County Board held an emergency meeting today, April 18, 2023, at noon in courtroom B.
The board held rollcall and voted to enter into closed executive session to discuss litigation.
After executive session, the board motioned and voted to approve a settlement agreement in opioid litigation out of Ohio the county had entered into some time ago.
We will publish the settlement agreement when we obtain a copy.
