Dominion Voting Inc. v. Sydney Powell, Rudolph Giuliani, and My Pillow -Scheduling Update

U.S. (ECWd) –

Judge Carl Nichols of the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia issued a third scheduling order in the Dominion Voting Inc. case which includes countersuits filed by Sydney Powell and My Pillow Inc.  The docket did not show any countersuit filed by Giuliani.

After reading several online misinformation pieces about the defendants having lost their case, we wanted to update the public on the truth of the matter, which can be found on the PACER system.

For those that believed this case was over, rest assured it has a long way to go. This is from the scheduling order filed on December 2, 2022.

2. Deadline for Completion of Fact Discovery: September 22, 2023

7. Status Conference: In-person on February 7, 2024, at 10:00 am
8. Deadline to File Dispositive Motions: March 1, 2024
