Coles County Property Tax Assessment To Face Legal Challenges –

Coles Co. (ECWd) –

Coles County has once again gone rogue with its property tax assessments, and hundreds of citizens are standing up for their Constitutional rights as it relates to fair and equitable taxation of their property and intend to challenge their assessments.

Tom Devore, the former Candidate for Illinois Attorney General, met with just under a hundred of those citizens Saturday to explain the people’s rights and how to move forward to resolve the assessment problems.

Those who are interested in having Devore represent them in appealing their property tax assessments in Coles county can do so by following the steps at the sign-up website he has created for this process found at this link.

“ATTORNEY SOLICITATION MATERIALS – Representation of Coles Co. Property Owners through all levels of a property tax appeal for the 2022 tax year. This representation shall include representation at the Coles County Board of Review, and if necessary at the Property Tax Appeals Board and the Circuit Court and subsequent appeals.”
