Tiffany Henyard’s Good Burger Involuntarily Dissolved By Sec. of State –

By John Kraft & Kirk Allen

On November 4, 2022

South Holland, IL. (ECWd) –

Tiffany Henyard’s “Good Burger” should immediately be removed from the campus of South Suburban College as they are no longer authorized to conduct business in the state of Illinois.

The Secretary of State’s Corporate Search indicates Good Burger was involuntarily dissolved on October 14, 2022.

Good Burger currently has a contract for food service with South Suburban College which expires in a couple of weeks, but the SSC should wait no longer to remove it from the campus.

There were already complaints of unsanitary conditions, a bounced rent check, 33 months of late rent, and not being in good standing with the SOS.

Now Henyard can’t seem to accomplish the simple task of keeping her company registered to conduct business, as indicated by its involuntary dissolution.

Oh but they get so mad when you point these things out….in this “everyone is equal” society we live in today, obeying the law and statutes is not required. (sarcasm)

The “restaurant” is still open at the college.
