We sat down with Rob Cruz, the illegally ousted school board member, to discuss the issues related to the school board’s unlawful removal of him and declaration of a vacant seat on the school board.
One thing is for sure, there is no law granting a school board the authority to do what they did, and each of those board members should be charged with Official Misconduct and Intimidation for taking action without lawful authority. Reliance on their attorney’s flawed interpretation of their authority is not a legitimate excuse.
Cruz should file one or more lawsuits to reverse this illegal board action.

Posted at 11:30h, 19 JanuaryUnless he files suit, he’s just whining. He should sue. If the judge agrees with your application of the law, then the other board members will be slapped down, and he will be vindicated. If the judge disagrees, he’ll still just be whining.
