PARIS, IL. (ECWd) –
According to court records, on January 7, 2022, former Paris City Alderman Robert “Steve” Kemper plead guilty to [Count 3] aggravated criminal sexual abuse, more than 5 years older than victim.
It is a Class 2 felony.
Counts 1 and 2 were not prosecuted.
Sentencing is scheduled for January 27, 2022, at 2:30 p.m.
