Christian County Judge Dismissed Health Department’s Quarantine Order On Student –

Christian Co., IL. (ECWd) –

Today, a Christian County Judge dismissed the Christian County Health Department’s Motion for Quarantine on student at local school district.

The Health Department issued an immediate 48 notice to a student who was allegedly identified as a close contact with a positive tested individual.

The Christian County Health Department and the State’s Attorney petitioned the court for an Order extending beyond the initial 48 hours.

The Court dismissed the petition.
