McLean Co., IL. (ECWd) –
On October 26, 2021, Department of Corrections employee Adam J. Deal was found Guilty of the Class 3 Felony of Aggravated Battery in a Public Place. He was sentenced to 2 days in jail with credit for time served, 24 months of conditional discharge, and $1314.00 in fines and penalties.
DOC employee Nicholas C. Page was found Guilty of the Class A Misdemeanor of Battery Causing Physical Harm. He was sentenced to 60 days in jail with credit for time served of 2 days, 24 months of conditional discharge, 30 hours of community service, and $1089.00 in fines and penalties.
DOC employee Adam R. Greenway failed to appear at the Hearing, and still has charges of Class 3 Felony Aggravated Batter in Public Place, and Class 4 Felony Mob Action / Use of Force / with two or more persons. Another status hearing is scheduled for January 5, 2022.
DOC employee Jason A. Dyer was found Guilty of the Class A Misdemeanor of Reckless Conduct. He was sentenced to 4 days in jail with credit for time served of 4 days, 12 months of conditional discharge, 30 hours of community service, and $1054.00 in fines and penalties.
DOC employee Gino C. Wendes was found Guilty of the Class A Misdemeanor of Battery Causing Physical Harm. He was sentenced to 60 days in jail with credit for time served of 2 days, 24 months of conditional discharge, 30 hours of community service, and $1254.00 in fines and penalties.
These five people were arrested in February of this year after instigating a bar fight in Lexington, Illinois.
We are unsure if they are still employed by the Department of Corrections.
