Norton Fails Again - Stalking Order Still Active -

Wilmington, IL. (ECWd) -

Local gadfly John Norton was in Will County Circuit Court again today attempting once again to have the Stalking - No Contact Order against him to be removed.

He failed.

According to the Will County Court Docket on today's Hearing:

AB - Defendants Various Motions
Plaintiff by Attorney, Robert Hanlon. Defendant present pro se.
Cause comes on for hearing on Defendant's motion to reconsider.
Motion is continued for hearing to the termination date of
10/23/20. Plaintiff's Counsel withdraws Motion to Withdraw.

October 23, 2020, is the one-year anniversary date for the Plenary Stalking Order, and will terminate automatically.
