Monroe County, IL. (ECWd) –
Today, a Monroe County Circuit Judge issued an Order of Nolle Prosequi (to formally abandon the action) in the criminal misdemeanor case against Washy’s Saloon.
Washy’s Saloon was previously cited for being open for business and permitting indoor service of patrons pursuant to an alleged Rule of the Department of Public Health.
State’s Attorney Chris Hitzemann filed a Motion For Nolle Prosequi in this case. He cited the lack of any prohibition of service of indoor patrons found in the alleged Rules.
The Court Granted the Motion (view Order here).

Posted at 15:36h, 15 OctoberI think I found the document they were referring to. While it is in the IL administrative Code under public health as 690, the document linked to the secretary of state’s server.

Covid stuff starts on page 313. It is very garbage code. Everywhere in that section it’s written “no individual shall be held responsible for safety enforcement”…they put the onus on the business.. How does that make sense? Either the business kicks everyone not complying out, and therefore have no business, or the business lets everyone in and gets shutdown if a particular town/county has people ignoring these garbage codes to begin with.
Also, the very last 3 lines are interesting. Lots of constitutionality can probably overrule this code, assuming IL were interested in the constitution.

The bigger agenda (starting and much to come), is the shifting of “law” enforced by properly placed representatives, to “rule” imposed by big corporations – this is how our society is changed in effect to a technocracy. Masks are the first step, vaccines next, digital-only currency follows. The breaking by mass failure of small business is necessary to achieve these Technocracy goals.
Don’t think corps can do this? How about if you are prohibited from buying? From working? Who are you then? Will you survive independently?

Posted at 13:06h, 15 OctoberMan, if you read this for detail in terms of the IDPH “order” numbers, NO ONE knows what the heck they are talking about. How we will unwind this ever-tangling covid-clown-world??

Posted at 13:12h, 15 OctoberThe court better fix this or the Order of Nolle Prosequi will be overturned on a technical challenge.
