Shelby Co. Aux Deputy indicted in Fayette County on Felony Charge

Shelby Co., IL. (ECWd) –

Shelby County Auxiliary Sheriff’s Deputy Rodney Stanfill was indicted in Fayette County last month for allegations of Class 4 Felony failure to notify buyer of rebuilt title to a vehicle.

A Bench Warrant was issued on September 4, 2020, with a Bond of $15,000 – 10% to apply.

Immediately after his indictment, the Shelby County Sheriff placed him on administrative leave pending outcome of the Fayette County case.

The public is reminded that: “All Defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.”
