An Order of Protection has been granted against Bradley Village Administrator Catherine A. Wojnarowski by Porter County Superior Court (Indiana) Judge David Chidester on September 22, 2020.

It is an Ex Parte Order For Protection and expires on September 22, 2021.

As part of the Order of Protection, Catherine A. Wojnarowski is to stay at least 100 yards away [from petitioner] except may appear in Courtroom for small claims case. No communication of any kind.

From the Order:

• The Petitioner has shown, by a preponderance of the evidence, that domestic or family violence, stalking, a sex offense or a course of conduct involving repeated or continuing contact with the Petitioner that is intended to prepare or condition the Petitioner for sexual activity (as defined in Ind. Code § 35-42-4-13) has occurred sufficient to justify the issuance of this Order.
• This order does protect an intimate partner or child
• The Respondent represents a credible threat to the safety of the Petitioner or a member of the Petitioner’s household.
• The following relief is necessary to bring about a cessation of the violence or the threat of violence
