Paris City Councilman, Steve Kemper, arrested on Sexual Abuse/Assault Charges –

Paris, IL. (ECWd) –

Robert S. Kemper (Steve Kemper), Paris City Councilman, was arrested today on the following allegations:

• Two Counts of Criminal Sexual Assault – Class 1 Felonies
• One Count of Aggravated Criminal Sexual Abuse – Class 2 Felony
• He is currently being held in the Edgar County Jail on $150,000 Bond
