CLAY CO., IL. (ECWd) –
In an Order signed today (Bailey v Pritzker) by Clay County Circuit Judge McHaney, Governor Pritzker was Ordered to appear in Clay County Circuit Court on August 14, 2020, at 1:00 p.m. to show cause why he should not be held in indirect civil contempt and sanctioned for his willful disregard with the previously entered order of the Court.
The Order further states that “Failure to appear may result in a warrant for arrest.”
