Pritzker’s nightmare hit the court docket in Clay County today – Legal Brief in Support of Darren Bailey Motion for Summary Judgment

Tom DeVore of Silverlake Law filed a Legal Brief in support of Darren Bailey’s motion for Summary Judgement.  Contained within that body of work are the key documents and case law we have written about in previous articles.

We took the liberty of highlighting some very important points we believe are so rock-solid in our laws that the Judge will grant the Summary Judgement on Friday of this week.
