U.S. (ECWd) –
The US Attorney General Bill Barr has issued a memorandum to all US Attorneys.
Now, I am directing each of our United States Attorneys to also be on the lookout for state and local directives that could be violating the constitutional rights and civil liberties of individual citizens.
For example, the Constitution also forbids, in certain circumstances, discrimination against disfavored speech and undue interference with the national economy
Many policies that would be unthinkable in regular times have become commonplace in recent weeks, and we do not want to unduly interfere with the important efforts of state and local officials to protect the public. But the Constitution is not suspended in times of crisis. We must therefore be vigilant to ensure its protections are preserved, at the same time that the public is protected.
Does anyone want to place any bets on Illinois Governor Pritzker being contacted by the US Attorney as it relates to the trashing of people’s Constitutional Rights? After yesterday’s words in court from Judge McHaney on the trashing of our Constitution by the Governors Executive Orders, we will predict intervention of some kind by the Federal Government. A temporary restraining order was issued against the Governor in that hearing.
A copy of the entire memorandum can be downloaded at this link or viewed below.

Posted at 19:37h, 25 MayThis memo is almost a month old. What happened? Why am I still under a stay at home order and subject to bullying for my refusal to wear a mask. Open the country now. PA governor Wolf sucks.

Posted at 13:13h, 28 AprilI will believe it when I see it. AG Barr seems to be a lot of talk and very little action. I would not hold my breath, especially those of you who are already oxygen deprived from all the forced mask wearing starting May 1st.
