Posted at 01:24h, 05 JanuaryIs vote buying when someone offers taxpayer dollars in exchange for favors or votes? If so, talk to Mike C. running for Bolingbrook Village Board. I think he was offered some township cash by Bill Mayer a while back, in exchange for a favor. Same ole’ Bill, trying to eliminate the competition. That’s why there was that strange question about Sheldon Watts at the December board meeting. To Bill he is competition. Bill wanted the village board appointment so he he said Sheldon was moving on up, like George Jefferson. I guess he thought that was funny. But he finally stopped smirking when you mentioned bankruptcy filings and back owed child support. Maybe that explains all those hefty taxpayer interest free loans. When is his indictment coming. He makes the Mayor of Alorton look like a saint.
