Several years ago we wrote about how the Edgar County Emergency Telephone System Board (“ETSB”) gave its only employee an illegal contract.
They are attempting another contract when they have no authority to issue a contract according to state law.
We will have more on this issue in a coming article, but for now, you can watch the October 22, 2018 ETSB Meeting and see where the contract was tabled for a future meeting.
