Clark County Board hears from residents about recent thefts –

MARSHALL, IL. (ECWd) –

During last week’s Clark County Board meeting, several residents talked to the board during public comment to address their concerns with recent thefts in rural Clark County and what could be done to stop them. Others chimed in and talked about the importance of a State’s Attorney willing to prosecute these types of crimes.
