SPRINGFIELD, IL. (ECWd) –
We attended this Cooke v. State Board of Elections Hearing on April 4, 2018, in which attorneys for Cooke argued an appeal from the Illinois State Board of Elections’ decision on his complaint against now-Auditor General Frank Mautino, his campaign, and some campaign expenditures.
The appeal was based on the fact that Cooke believed the ISBE never address certain items in the complaint when they rendered their decision.
