Update on Ronald Wells’ felony charges in Clark County –

MARSHALL, IL. (ECWd) –

This is an update to the Ronald W. Wells felony charges in Clark County, Illinois.

We previously reported on his arrest, and his first appearance in Clark County Circuit Court.

We finally received the official Information Sheets, Warrants and Subpoena form the courthouse, and they can be viewed below.

The Information Sheets list his charges as Criminal Sexual Assault (penetration) [720 ilcs 5/11-1.20(a)(3)] and Aggravated Sexual Abuse (sexual contact) [720 ilcs 5/11-1.60(b)], both with a minor family member. These are listed as Class 1 felony and Class 2 felony, respectively.

Attorney McGrath was appointed as his public defender, and he has a preliminary Hearing on March 5 at 9:00 a.m. in the Clark County Courthouse.
