Grand Jury sends True Bill of Indictment against 3 Chicago Police Officers connected with killing of Laquan McDonald –

CHICAGO, IL. (ECWd) –

Today, a Grand Jury sent a True Bill of Indictment on three Chicago Police Officers in the killing of Laquan McDonald.

In the Indictment, the Grand Jury alleges that David March, Joseph Walsh, and Thomas Gaffney committed:

• official misconduct
• obstruction of justice
• conspiracy to conceal true facts
