COD Foundation releases Federal Grand Jury Subpoena –

DuPage County, IL. (ECWd) –

The College of DuPage Foundation has released the Federal Grand Jury Subpoena which was the subject of an Appellate Court decision on A Freedom of Information Act lawsuit brought against the College of DuPage and its foundation by the Chicago Tribune.

It consisted of production of financial related records of the foundation and its donors, and, most important in our opinion were records related to the COD President, COD Trustees, and COD Senior Management personnel.
