DuPage Co. (ECWd) –
The College of DuPage Electoral Hearing has concluded.
“For the foregoing reasons, it is the decision of the Electoral Board that, pursuant to 10 ILCS 5/10-8 and 10-15, the Candidate’s name, Husna T. Ghani, should not be printed in the Official April 4, 2017 Election Ballot for the Office of Community College District 502 Trustee (2-year vacancy).”

Posted at 14:59h, 20 JanuaryThe other one who was challenged, Rafath Waheed, had already turned in paperwork to withdraw. Those cases are moot.
