For Second Consecutive Month, Village of Cahokia, Commonfields Water District cancel meetings when we arrive –

CAHOKIA, IL. (ECWd) –

The Village of Cahokia just two months ago changed its meeting dates/times to coincide with the Commonfields of Cahokia Water District meetings to keep citizens from attending both meetings. Since the Chairman of the Water District and the Mayor of Cahokia and father and son it was an easy task for them.

Again this month, I sent Commonfields Water District an email prior to their meeting demanding it be held in an area large enough for citizens to attend and hear what is being deliberated.

They have so far refused, and canceled this meeting, for the second month in  a row, when it became known to them that a large crowd was planning on attending.

This is the third meeting, out of the last four scheduled, that they have canceled after we made it known we planned on attending.

All we can say is that they have definitely piqued our interest in their Village and Water District, especially since they cannot seem to have meetings after being informed we are planning on attending.

Now the task is finding out what they are hiding and what they are afraid of us finding out.

the middle finger salute is telling everyone, “we are the elite and we can do anything we want because you are the little nothings and we don’t even have to tell you why we cancelled because…-of course they have very BIG secrets. I assume they are getting $$$ for their personal pockets-there is never another reason. Not if it is mautino, breuder, Madigan,or Clinton. Glory is nice but cash is way better. Since when has a public body manipulated the public just for glory? Even sanders just did it for a house on the lake.

Something is very wrong based on their actions. Glad I don’t live there.
