College of Dupage – More motions to dismiss filed today.

DuPage Co. (ECWd) –

Former College of DuPage (COD) trustee Hamilton, and three current trustees have all filed their Motion to Dismiss and Memorandum in support of their Motion to Dismiss in the Northern District Federal Court today.

It would appear that now we will see the battle of the minds to see who will prevail.  A quick review indicates the attorney’s for the four individuals have done a fine job preparing this motion and presented some very strong reasoning  supported by law.
